How to Save, Edit, and Publish Seed Drafts
You don't always have all your screenshots, coordinates, and notes ready when you start posting a new Minecraft seed. On MCSeedShare, you can save your work as a draft at any point and finish it later.
Here is how to manage seed drafts on your account.
How to Save a Draft
- Click Add Seed in the navigation bar while signed in.
- Fill in the minimum required details: the Seed Number and a Title.
- If you need to stop before adding screenshots, tags, or description, simply click Save Draft at the bottom of the form (or close the modal and confirm saving your draft).
Your draft is saved privately to your account so no one else can see it until you choose to publish it.
How to Find Your Saved Drafts
- Click on your profile icon in the top right header.
- Open your Profile Page.
- Select the Drafts tab. All your saved draft seeds will appear here with an "In Draft" badge.
Editing & Publishing Your Seed
When you are ready to complete your post:
- Click on the draft card from your profile's Drafts tab to open the editor.
- Add your screenshots, set the category, input key coordinates, and select the Minecraft version.
- Click Publish Seed.
Once published, your seed becomes visible to the entire community, earns XP for your profile, and gets listed in search results!
