Ruined portal in the desert right off spawn with golden tools, armor and enough to build and light the portal.
The nether is an instant bastion with iron in one of the bottom chests in the housing and a pearl away spawner in the fortress with aroun 1200 blocks blind depending on the spawner.
Terrain to the coordinates is decent with a small amount of mining.
The stronghold has a pretty hard nav but doable.
The end is buried with a back 90 dragon.
